Description

Features may move, change names, or be limited by plan and account configuration. If a feature is missing, start by checking current naming and navigation.

What is it?

Common rename examples: Tribes are now Pods, AI for Networking is C.A.R.L., and AI for Teams is TEAMS. Some features live under Be Human, while Events, Online, and Adventures can also be under Advance > Explore.

How does it work?

Search the Help Center using current feature names. Check main navigation, right rail shortcuts, Basecamp, Be Human, Advance, Achieve, and Explore depending on the feature. If still missing, contact support with screenshots.
